A colleague just got back from a two week stay in Florida (she didn’t say where exactly).

She’s not into cars at all but she said she couldn’t believe the state of some of the cars on the road. She said some had massive rust holes you’d need to get a tetanus shot from touching it. Drivers were driving with no hands on the wheel while on the phone in what she described as ‘very animated phone conversations’ and the number of car accidents they came across each day.

She also said it was quite expensive for food and drink, certainly the drink at $5 a bottle for a beer.

The cars must of been bad if she, a woman in her 60s who has no interest in cars whatsoever noticed it.

She also flew Delta Airlines, she wasn’t looking forward to that lying from Florida to Atlanta before getting a BA flight back to the U.K.
