I’ve covered everything a consumer would want to know on my podcast it would seem. But then I got two phone calls in the same week from people who bought used cars at night. And guess what?
Turns out there were things wrong with the vehicles that could not be seen clearly in the dark. Of night. You know: That time after the sun goes down when it is hard to see stuff outside.
Yes, you know the answer to this. And so do I. But people do this stuff. That’s why my phone rings. And I have to tell people: A lawyer cannot fix this. The “Fix” is to not do it in the first place. Which I explain in this week’s podcast. The audio:
