Stopped by my mechanic today, right as they were lowering my car down onto my fresh BMW remanufactured motor. Downpipe is already attached to the turbo, and once the motor is mounted, it’s time for the intercooler, charge pipe, intake and catch can. Should have it back tomorrow evening!

There were some question marks about how exactly the piping for the VRSF intercooler works. They got it figured out now but on second thought, maybe I should’ve gone with the smaller Mishimoto that’s maybe $100 more and a direct fit with the factory piping.

Oh well, at least the VRSF has the higher capacity and the piping, while a slight pain, flows better than the stock stuff that the Mishimoto would reuse.
