Advertisement Me- "My customer will not be coming in for a test-drive?"Them- "Why not?" Advertisement Me- "Because last week you said it was your policy not to give lease quotes via email or phone. Your competitors gladly sent me numbers and my customer took delivery last Tuesday. You lost the sale." Now what I want to say is, "So how is that policy working out for you?" but my professionalism gets in the way.
