I don’t love many newer-ish cars, but there is something about the F40....
This past Sunday was the annual Festivals Of Speed car show here in St. Petersburg. It was full of all sorts of shiny eye candy, and a few things I didn’t expect, or ever think I’d see in person.
This collection is incredible considering it belongs (mostly) to one dood. Better get some Kleenex handy.
This is the first F40 I have ever seen in person.
First things first,
I’m the realest I’m back from Italy! I actually arrived yesterday... but whatever.
If you’re reading this you probably have something hot, curvy, and Italian stretched across your desktop (and no, I’m not talking about Monica Bellucci - you pervert). By virtue of you even being here, you must have formed some opinion on the very latest slew of superduperhyper-hybrid cars (it’s the 918, anyone who…
Something must have happened recently, because this car show absolutely ballooned in size, possibly doubling since I last attended. There were many special cars onsite, but the star of the show, no doubt, was the F40.

Diablo GT. Evolution of a decade of art and insanity. What a proud car.
This, on my facebook feed today from a rally driver known as Crazy Leo. Forget the Range Rover, Doug DeMuro. All you need is the Ferarri. See?
Jorge Pesi is one of the best Technic model builders around and his Ferrari F40 does not disappoint. From working suspension at each corner, functional steering and opening doors, trunk and bonnet this build has all the features you'd expect from this pro. The F40 is up on Lego Ideas for voting. We'd love to see it be…
I went for my first time down to H20 this past weekend. There was something for everybody to see: An Aventador, an F40, an insanely fast 5-cylinder Audi (first pic below), and dozens of awesome cars of every make and model. I'm a BMW, Beetle, Miata and Porsche guy so my picture distribution is biased. Needless to…
