My most elaborate diorama to date, featuring a PK.41 Hornisse from Maschinen Kreiger (aka SF3D). The Hornisse (hornet), AKA the Vespa, is a merging of the Strahl army’s P.K.A. ausf H1 powered armor with their PK.40 rocket plane.
still novel for me to see one of these here.
her delivery’s a little dry and she’s obviously looking off to the cue cards sometimes, but this is a lot better than the usual smiling bikini girl with a guy doing the voiceover. This is probably the most informative car model ever, for whatever that’s worth.
TL:DR It did bad in the last small overlap crash, Tesla “fixed” it, and it did WORSE.
Talking to my boss about the new CT6 Plug In cause we sell Cadillacs and how the car better be just as good as a Tesla Model S cause that will be its rival. I mean at least it will look better.
Just saw this on my Facebook feed since I guess one of my friends knows the driver of the Civic which was involved in this accident. Truly tragic, although I am curious to know if the girl who was killed was sitting in the trunk-mounted jumpseat seeing as the body of the car is intact but the trunk is absolutely…
Drove in, drove out.
Tesla just launched a new referral program.
I drove a Tesla Model s recently and thought oppo may want to hear my thoughts. Of course you have nothing better to do than read the musings of a fellow driver, right?
No seatbelt height adjusters? What is this, 1984???? (10:38 in the video if it doesn’t autoplay)
First, a glad new orbit around the Sun for everyone! As usual at the end of each year, it’s my turn to do a review of something. This is an “index” of all my Feijoada Friday posts. For who doesn’t know what it’s about, I’m telling the history of Brazilian cars one model at a time, using photos of 1/43 models of each…
What are the ultimate gearhead gifts? New intake headers? That perfect-ratio rear end for your project car? A whole new (or used) car itself? Sometimes the perfect gift means thinking small. A scale model can be the closest thing someone may ever get to owning an exotic, or to accompany the full-size car already…
Tesla Motors has sent emails to all owners of their Model S sedans after an owner in Europe had his passenger seatbelt disconnect from its base. According to the email, Tesla states the seat belt “was not properly connected to the outboard lap pretensioner.”
I was driving home today and came upon a Tesla Model S 85 going the same way as myself. We got to a four-way stop and he was a car behind me and to the left, and the driver decided to reverse. Right before he started backing up (only about a foot or two, not sure why he moved), I noticed a set of small white LEDs come…
Go to your nearest Tesla dealer if you have not already. Chances are, they will have a P90D or P85D sitting inside. Nearby the super-Tesla, you will find a chassis of a Tesla.
A guy can dream, right? Have a great day Opponauts!
I just test drove a Model S P85D as part of an event put on by Tesla. It was definitely the most fascinating car I have ever driven. However, in order to talk about it, I first need to talk about the Lotus Elise. Stay with me here…
This time with more road! Fellow Opponaut Kyle Cheromcha and I decided to try to go for another test drive but this time FAR, FARRR away from Manhattan. Last month we tried to test drive this beautiful grey machine:
