Background novel: As many of you know, I like to use my phone to take quick snapshots of interesting cars I see on my travels. As many of you also know, I used to use a crappy flip phone up until a few months ago and the camera in that was horrible.
Over 5 years ago I bought a Motorola Droid Razr Maxx. Tonight, I activated its replacement. It has been a good 5-and-some-change years. Unfortunately, with such age on a phone, things get slow, flaky, and stop working all together. The replacement is a relatively modern Samsung S5 I got from a coworker who was very…
So I ordered a Google Pixel (the 5" version) to replace my LG G4 which has been giving me wireless issues (no connection to data and spotty Wifi, though calls and text work fine so I can deal for now). I would like to get a case for it to protect the glass. I never used a case on my G4 as it is a very shock resistant…
I’m frustrated that AT&T lagged so far behind the other major U.S. carriers in pushing out the update (sending it out on the eve of the Android N-focused Google I/O, no less), but I’m liking the update so far.
After my little mishap, I decided to take the loss and upgrade to a gold Samsung Galaxy S7. While I miss my Moto X 2nd Gen dearly, the S7 is pretty fantastic. Plus, it was fifty cents more than the Moto, as well.
Have a new wallpaper, requested by Save the V8s. Every single piece of text (about 200) was placed by me. There is no repeating pattern, I just placed them all by eye.
Seeing the tracks at night is a bit of a pain in the ass IMO, and I’d prefer that there were 4-5 fewer opponents and more Nitro pick-ups. Otherwise, I like it.
It’s time for me to upgrade from my old iPhone 5S. I’m pretty much set on getting some version of the new Samnsung Galaxy S7, but I’m just not sure which one.
I posted recently about how my Samsung Galaxy S6 wouldn’t boot up anymore after exhibiting crazy lag for several days; I wound up getting an identical S6 that’s been working perfectly. The camera is different, but I don’t have enough of a trained eye (or enough pics taken) to notice the difference LOL.
I went to the 2016 D.C. Auto Show about a week and a half ago and took ~385 photos with my Samsung Galaxy S6. It was working fine up until after the show, but it was lagging ever since then and finally decided to crap out on me earlier today. I was hoping you guys could give me some advice.
I might be able to upgrade my phone this Black Friday if everything works out in my favor. I have an LG G3 currently, and I love it. This week I discovered the LG V10, which appears to be a decent phone, with pretty impressive specs, absolutely fantastic cameras (two front cameras and a rear camera that can shoot 4K…
How much extra horsepower do I get?
It was my first Android phone, which I thought got stolen, but must have been sitting in one of my cars. It was in my stepdad's garage, and still works even. Busted screen though, but it was already like that. It's an HTC Aria running Android 2.2. I hadn't seen this phone since summer of 2011, so it'd been missing…
I've had this clear case on my iPhone 6 Plus for a while. Last night, I decided to print out one of my favorite pictures of my car and placed it behind the case. I like it.
I have deeply analyzed the issue as in subject, and I think I've found the (almost) perfect configuration for the maximum battery time:
