I think the official hashtag of #DirtyWeekend was pretty spot on. With a large storm passing over the UK during the WRC weekend it was always going to be an interesting couple of days. Amazingly Friday stayed dry, however Saturday did its best to make up for this by raining relentlessly from 6am till about 9.30pm.

Stumbled upon a car show in downtown Geneva, IL today. It was a concours event, so everything was roped off, the people were either way too into cleanliness or not sure what they were looking at, and I missed there more down-to-earth owners commonplace at Supercar Saturdays.
A car show in Chillicothe, Ohio I unexpectedly stumbled upon when I went to a family reunion last weekend. It had a few cool and pleasant surprises. It also allowed me to slip away from the family reunion I originally went to the area for.
BTCC is championed as the premier national series in the UK, and in front of easily 30,000 other people at Snetterton over this weekend, the series returned from its summer break.
