Its condensed water and its filtered so it should be pure enough to not cause issues with the injector or with cylinder deposits. And if you are putting in a water system with pumps and tanks, why not add the small extra step to generate it onboard? At 1-2 liters per hour it seems like the condensation system would be able to easily and indefinitely supply the water need (which looks to be about 2-5 liters per 3000 km from the video). Since ford is already hot and heavy into the Turbo DI, it seems like this would be a no-brainer next step for performance vehicles or mainstream.
