Meet a Saab 105, or in this particular case a 105Ă– because exported to Austria. This is therefore one of very few planes to be fitted with an umlaut as standard.

The 105 first entered service with the Swedish Air Force in 1967 and with the Austrian equivalent in 1970. No other customers were forthcoming. It remains in service with both buyers although not for much longer in the case of Sweden.
