12 inches of fresh snow on the ground...[update]

And the little tractor has sprung an oil leak... It’s not super bad, but it is like a quart every 15-20 minutes :-\. I put some UV dye in the engine oil and It’s coming out from behind the hydraulic pump. Because of the location I cannot tell if it’s from the pump drive take-off or the timing cover :P. My current plan is to replace the O-ring that seals the pump to the drive housing and while the pump is out of the way, crank down the bolts on the timing cover. Actually replacing the timing cover gasket requires pulling the fan, radiator and injection pump. I really hope it’s the hydraulic pump O-ring....

After degreasing, half disassembled...

I can put the snow blower on the Zetor if I have to, but it will be a PITA to reach all the tight spots I typically clear with it. Also the Zetor has the bale grabber on it’s loader right now and it’s bucket is buried under the snow somewhere so I can’t use it to push back the big piles either...

Almost back together... Those hard hydraulic pipes suck.

Got the new O-rings in...

Now that all the filth is off I can see clearly....

Bad news: it’s the timing cover gasket. Fuck.

Fuckity fuck.
