I work for United Airlines (Boo, I know) now because they pay more money than the Nordics I worked for before. A byproduct of that is I get to fly for free. Denver is one of the places they fly direct to from Toronto, and the lady wants to go there in mid-October and do some hiking because trees changing colour and whatnot. Anyways, when we land in DEN we’re going to rent a car and we’re looking to get a lodge somewhere. I know NOTHING about Colorado. But this lodge stuck out to me because I dig old things that remind me of being a kid.
So in this general area, where are some good places to hike, what are some good/interesting places to visit? Also, where would you recommend staying? We’re going for three days (a Friday-Sunday).
