As Americans we have many rights. Rights given to us by the US constitution, and in many cases, even more rights by our own state constitution. So i ask everyone....Do you feel, that we have a right to information? Specifically the free flow, distribution, and access of information.

However i leave this kinda vague to hear out some points of view. The 1st Amendment in regards to this, is quoted as such: " Congress shall make no law...abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press"

Free flow, distribution, and access are my key words. Could this also be considered a Human Right?

I feel in my opinion that all of this is Constitutionally covered. However, i also have some thoughts that some of it might not be.

Maybe im overthinking this and ive already answered my own question, but none the less...

What sayest thou oppo?
