iF1, a reno air racing class for planes that weigh no less than 500 pounds and powered by small O-200 4-cylinder engines provides incredible racing and for the size of tiny plane it is, they can reach 250mph laps of the course. During the start, they are lined up in rows of three and given a drag race start. When race #1-Hot Stuff has an engine problem, he signals by raising the canopy. However, the planes haven’t all seen the communication flags to abort the start.
The pilot is extremely lucky to be no taller than he is. The other plane is #11 Endeavour, one of the fastest in the class to ever lap the course.
