Today for dinner, I decided to make spaghetti and a homemade sauce to go with some leftover chicken parm that I made last night. Something I realized while cooking is how much I love super Al dente pasta! Like nowhere near done pasta as its cooking. I always try my pasta to make sure it's done, I never set a timer. But that first bite of barely cooked pasta is the best. It has the texture of eating twigs or something but it tastes so good!
