That axle is gone, along with the housing. This means the entire rear end needs to be replaced.

I am seriously considering having the service shop source a brand new replacement, instead of going for used. Problem is, I’m not sure where I could get one for a reasonable price, and it needs to be a 3.27:1 Trac-loc limited slip differential that came with my 2010 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor.
