Okay, to be fair, this is apparently an extremely rare chassis. It is the chassis of a 1913 Henderson Model 44 Roadster, a car of which only six are known to survive today. If this chassis is legit, it’ll be the seventh. The bodywork is obviously long gone, and it’s anyone’s guess what happened to it, but it looks like at least all the mechanical parts are there.
It’s scheduled to be auctioned off on April 18 with a starting bid of $10,000. So you’d be paying at least that much for a chassis that needs some work, PLUS you’d still have to have bodywork fabricated for it. Better make friends with the owners of the other six, I guess...
