That's because I actually clinched a real car journo job two months ago and I'm busy writing stuff that pays, apart from teaching.
That's partly because I worked my back end off here, on Oppositelock and on my personal blogs as well, doing interviews, writing goofy and serious stuff, enjoying quite a few Jalopnik front page slots, getting views up to 30k for some of them.
Not as glamorous career foray as it might sound at first and I'm not swimming in banknotes or coins, but close to
five six years of work put into it, a dream come true, after giving up on it several times, moving to a totally different country and back, still coming back and continuing where I left off, taking the bold step to get self-employed, writing frantically when there was no job in sight.
