Breakfast wrap-things....

I used up the left over spicy beef and sauce from yesterdays totchos. Divided it into two and rolled them into tortillas, then wrapped them in streaky bacon, fried them, then covered them in grated mild white cheddar and mozzarella, topped with some sliced pepperoni and chilli sauce and then oven baked.
