It was earlier in the day. Seasoned turkey burger marinated in marinara sauce, (left over sauce was reduced and used as a base under the burger on the bun), topped with provolone, lightly fried salami. Served with fries and coleslaw.


But now is whiskey time. Tullamore Dew. It’s not as smooth as Jameson or a Bushmills malt but at £16, it’s inexpensive and pleasant enough to drink.
