There are two apartments in London I would love.

One is £1.5million pounds, 2 bedroom flat.

the other is £4.55million, 3 bedroom penthouse.

They are in London so that explains a little on the cost.

The rest is in part due to the history and EXCELLENT transport links.

This is your ‘lobby’.

These are excellent because the apartments are located in St. Pancras train station. Yep, you want transport. You have an international train station down stairs

and the London Underground below that.

If St.Pancras doesn’t have trains that go to where you want to go, you have Kings Cross, across the road, on the other side you have Euston Train Station.

Like reading? there is the British Library across the road between St. Pancras and Euston.

So not only can you get a train to any part of the U.K. but you can get an international train to anywhere in Europe either without having to leave the building to get the train or merely having to cross a street or two.

Having friends to stay but not don’t have the room, there is a 5 star hotel in the building and several restaurants.

This is your home, this is what you see when you get back to your abode.

Originally the Midland Grand Hotel she was opened in 1873, closed in 1935 she became a British Rail office building and while being used, went unloved until the 1980s where it was closed again after failing a fire inspection.

She was bought and planning permission given in 2004 and the hotel opened in 2011.

Such a beautiful piece of history that though not nearly lost, was hidden from public and used as office space, can you imagine this as office space? Surely would of been the most beautiful office space in the world.
