Car Ad Pet Peeve

Whenever I see the term “Priced to sell!” on an ad, my brain starts to hurt a little, my eyes twitch, and everything turns a shade of lightish red.

What does this even mean?  does that mean, at one point, it was priced to not sell?  Why would you price a car to not sell?  What goes through your mind when you put this in your ad?  Why are you not dead yet?
