This is a Ford Ranger. The Oz version. This is not a Ford Ranger Raptor. But we can now have it, in the last quarter of this year, with the Raptor driveline (2 litre biturbo diesel engine and 10 speed automatic). And the Everest wagonised version will get it too...even in a RWD only format!!
So does that mean that the Raptor version is, from a simplistic sales POV, now just an expensive suspension pack option?
I’m fairly sure that Ford wouldn’t want me thinking that but I’m thinking that...and I think Ford are a bit silly to let me so easily think that thought.
