Deja Vu All Over Again

The holiday finally gave me time to replace the rear sway bar in my GTI again. I’ve had a ST 25mm hollow bar for about a month, but wanted daylight and above 50 degrees. Merry Christmas!

This replaces the 22mm solid SuperPro bar that I had on for the last year. Main reason was that I had the SuperPro on the stiff setting to get the response I wanted, but this caused the endlinks to be at an angle, and this caused it to not be linear.

Now I have the bigger bar for the stiffness and the geometry I want, but can’t adjust to a lighter setting in cold or rainy autocross situations. That’s okay, I only wanted that a couple of times.

The SuperPro bar may even be going to a good home with an Opponaut.
