The local fall fair was this past weekend, and they hold an annual demolition derby. I ran in the small car class with a 1994 Pontiac Sunbird Coupe, powered by a 2.0L (Opel!) engine.

I won my heat, and finished 3rd in the finals. The rear of the car packed in and bound everything up, but the motor was running strong as hell, even with the temp pegged in the red after the rad blew. In the end I could only drive forewards because the ass end was dragging so bad. The engine got so hot, it melted the plug wires and erupted into a ball of fire. Still had fun though!
