Carbon fiber driveshaft from an AMG GT that is. In for a campaign to check the shaft because the bonding between the carbon fiber and steel flanges can come apart resulting in a loss of motive force. This one is fine, but the serial number puts it in the affected range, so it must be replaced. I’ve had torque tubes out a number of times, but never taken the driveshaft out of one. The close one is the new one. It's actually quite a bit beefier, though both are quite light, I want to say 4 pounds but I could be wrong, maybe slightly higher.
