Unless you want to break your back. I had to remove one today, and it was the heaviest thing I’ve ever lifted on the job. Usually, a treadmill is heavy - between 100 and 200 pounds or so. This one, however? 500 would be a conservative estimate. We had to take it apart in order to carry it. The handles themselves were solid metal, rather than hollow tubes, and the base had god-knows-what going on inside of it. When we set it down in the truck, we had to flip it over to make it fit, and the stuff it landed on was absolutely flattened beyond recognition.
It was heavy.
