Recently, an Oppo posted a question about what road is your happy place. I don’t really have one but I did think about the old Concord Covered Bridge, so I drove over there. Yes, I finally bucked up and bought a battery for the Cruze. Turns out the old one wasn’t even the proper size.

Saw some things along the way though. More pictures on my wanderings around that area of the Silver Comet Trail and a video of me driving through around and through the bridge coming soon.

I haven’t seen a Buick Riviera of this generation at all in a long time, much less one in this good of condition. There are a few exterior blemishes but it really is quite solid. Almost perfect interior too.

This house always has the best stuff. In this case an old Pontiacs and a Corvette out front with something else behind. There are a few other cars floating around their driveway.

Traffic was seriously heavy today, but there were plenty of cool rides out and about. Just in this one picture, from left to right, we have a Challenger, a Nissan with some polarizing rims, and a Caddy wagon.

I also finally got out the pressure washer and washed off the pollen from my car.

Much better. I can sleep at ease knowing that pollen is washed away. I actually had to dust my windows to see out of them for the morning drive.
