This weekend's NASCAR races are in Talladega, so I've decided to have today's eBay find have a bit of a NASCAR connection.

Unfortunately, there are no Torino Talladegas on eBay right now, so I've gone with something different, this low mileage 1992 Lumina Z34.

The Z34 was the high-performance version of the Chevrolet Lumina coupe, using the same powertrain as the Lumina Euro 3.4 sedan.

Under the hood is a 3.4L LQ1 V6 putting out 210 hp. That number is reduced to 200 for automatic models, but you don't have to worry about that here, because this one has the Getrag 284 5-speed stick connected to the engine.

It's in pretty good shape, a little sun fade on some interior parts and some minor indentations on some body work, but other than that it looks practically new, and the odometer reads only 17,752.

If you're looking for a rare car, this might not be the car you're looking for, as the 1992 model year had the highest Z34 production number of the car's 4 years of production, with 38,067 built.

Still, the performance specs should be pretty impressive for a car of this vintage.

0-60 in 7.5 seconds, 1/4 mile in 15.8 @ 89.1 mph, and lateral acceleration of 0.79 g.

The Lumina had a connection with NASCAR in the early 90's, actually being introduced to the circuit over a year before the public could buy one, and this top spec Z34 coupe was the closest you could get to a street legal one.

Now, it's time for you to decide...Nice Price or Crack Pipe?
