So, when you go off the track and come back on, and the cars never touch, it’s bad and you deserve to lose your victory. But when you make an aggressive pass, touch wheels, and push the leader off the track, it’s okay.
I’m a diehard Ferrari fan, but I have no problem with today’s decision. In fact, I don’t think there ever should have been an investigation in the first place. Max was faster, he drove a hell of a race, and went out and won it. Leclerc was just hanging on. But F1, in a desire not to screw up what has been by far the most exciting race in ages, instead chose hypocrisy after that ridiculous ruling in Canada. But in both cases, Ferrari lost out. I hope F1 keeps its shit together for the rest of the season.
