So on today’s commute to work I’m stuck behind a V6 CTS, a Toyota Avalon and a Hyundai Sonata. What do all these cars have in common? The exhaust tips are a lie. Why do manufacturers fit fake tips on their exhaust when we can clearly see the 2 inch opening? I get that no Toyota owner wants to hear noise from a 4 inch exhaust but neither do they probably car about the size of it either. I include a picture of a Lexus ISF because it’s the most heinous example.
