Fiesta ST Owners - Steel Wheel Questions

There seem to be many varying opinions on this subject from various ST forums. Fiesta ST Supplement guide says to use 195/45 R16 for chain clearance (TR has 2 snow tires in stock for this size), but I won't be using chains. TireRack recommends 205/45 for a 16" size (won't the speedo be off for one of those?)

^^This garage used to house a 2010 Taurus. I can actually move in there now!
Have people successfully purchased and mounted 15" steel wheels on the ST and, if so, where did you get them? I'm looking on TireRack site and they say they don't have any 15" steelies, but lots of snow tires for that size. I bumped up to 16" steelies, which they DO have, but they say they don't have any snow tires for that size. I don't know much about offsets, backspacing, bolt patterns, and TireRack won't even show me what all that information is for a 15" steel wheel since they don't have any.

I went on one of the ST forums, and some people were concerned about 15" since the brakes are bigger. Are there any negative implications for using steel wheels? I love the way the look. I'm just a confused kid today.
