To no one’s surprise, they’re “declining assistance” on my seat problem.
It’s normal wear and tear for a 2-year-old car to have a peeling seat? They’re on the verge of losing a valuable customer. They don’t have that many sales in the first place and they have very few loyal customers like me. I’ve had 3 Mazdas in a row for God’s sake.
Most people ignore Mazda as they go directly to the Honda or Toyota store out of habit. If they don’t want to lose a repeat customer, they’ll make this right.
I told the service advisor that I’m contacting Mazda North America directly. We’ll see what happens.
