After years of looking, a few weeks ago I walked into a specialty kitchen shop and finally found it. A bonus was finding the Green Serrabanero sitting next to it.
Over the last 3 weeks I’ve put it on everything. It’s as good as everyone says. Hotter than I expected because so many people put it at the top of their list. Rich with more than a hint of smoke (but not too much).
The green? Not as hot and (as you can see from the fill-level) not as good either. But that’s just me.
