So my ISP "died" an hour or so back. Turns out they had no redundancy at all, not really true, but they had that system on THE SAME FRIGGIN' network. So my call to customer support was pretty much like this:
"wait, wait, wait, wait..." for like an hour. When I got through the girl on the other end had no clue what was going on, because SHE had lost all forms of com with the servers as well... Asked her if she could patch me through to someone who actually KNEW what was going on.. NOPE.. because THAT system was not connected to her system.. GREAT, they have tech on one system, but NO backup for the customer..
