2:20 p.m. A Kalispell man reported that he saw a vicious dog chasing a mailman through town. When animal control arrived they found two small Chihuahuas but no mailman.
2:31 p.m. An elderly female pressed the emergency button on her phone by mistake.
3:09 p.m. A Kalispell woman reported that her boyfriend refused to give her the keys to her truck.
3:31 p.m. An abandoned vehicle was reported in Kalispell.
4:24 p.m. The manager of a Kalispell business reported that she got into a fight with one of her employees.
5:20 p.m. A Kalispell couple was screaming at each other while sitting inside their car.
6 p.m. A man in a vest was bothering people in a Kalispell store. He eventually left to go find a bus.
6:18 p.m. A Kalispell woman reported that she saw a man setting up a tent in her neighborhood.
6:21 p.m. A dog bit someone.
8:50 p.m. A man with a flashlight was jumping up and down on cars.
1:47 a.m. A Kalispell woman called 911 to make sure her phone worked. When asked if she had an emergency she said that she did not have one – yet – and noted that everyone in the house was “cranky.”
5:28 a.m. A Kalispell resident called 911 to report that their neighbor’s dog would not stop barking. In an unrelated note, the reporting party also smelled a skunk. Authorities reached out to the resident with the loud dog who reported that her dog was barking excessively because it had been sprayed by a skunk.
7:47 a.m. A Kalispell resident reported that there was mail all over an area parking lot.
8:45 a.m. A Kalispell man was sitting in a car talking to himself about taking over the world. He was also stealing WiFi.
9:14 a.m. Another Kalispell resident called with concerns about the stack of mail she discovered in front of her house.
10:28 a.m. A Kalispell resident called to report that a poorly parked camper was blocking the sidewalk in his neighborhood. When asked how long the camper had been parked there, he said “a couple of years.”
1:13 p.m. A man was screaming at people in the middle of the street.
1:22 a.m. A man was sleeping in the post office.
10:23 a.m. A Libby man called to complain about the dog that is always chasing him and his animals.
11:24 a.m. A Eureka man called 911 because he had not received his package from Amazon yet.
3:50 p.m. A Libby landlord wanted some help kicking people out of his apartment.
4:10 p.m. Some youths were drunk down at an area campground.
5:02 p.m. A Libby man called to ask if they could check on his sister who he had not heard from in over a month. She was fine.
6:35 p.m. A man was standing along the side of U.S. Highway 2 trying to get people to stop near the museum in Libby. It’s unclear if he needed help or was just aggressively trying to promote the museum.
8:21 p.m. A Libby man called 911 because two guys keep coming to his house looking for Tim. He doesn’t know anyone named Tim and he’s getting annoyed by the two guys.
6:49 a.m. There was a car missing a wheel on the side of the road.
9:16 a.m. A yellow Lab was missing in Libby. The dog was apparently wearing a defective shock collar.
9:28 a.m. A Libby man called to report that there were squatters on his land.
9:46 a.m. A Libby man said someone shot out one of his windows with a pellet gun.
10:28 a.m. A local man reported a “loose boxer” in the neighborhood.
2:30 p.m. A warrant was issued for a Libby woman’s arrest but upon further investigation she was already in jail.
11:08 p.m. A Libby woman called police because the drunken guy she was giving a ride to decided to put her car into park while she was driving.
