I was reading an article from the local paper about a new mechanic and autobody tool, the Matrix Wand, and thought I would share it. It's essentially a pair of cameras in a fancy package that take stereoscopic pictures, which are then analyzed by a fancy computer program to find identify and quantify body or structure damage. Interesting technology, I'd be curious to see it in action. (Not because I'm an autobody nerd, but because I like gadgets in general.)
