Looks like this photo was taken at Naval Air Station Kaneohe Bay, Oahu (Territory of Hawaii) shortly after the war. The US Navy flew the A-26 Invader (JD-1 in Navy parlance) as a target tug and utility aircraft until it was replaced by the C-130. The UA on the tail briefly belonged to attack units of Navy Air Reserve based at NAS St. Louis, modern-day St. Louis Lambert International Airport.
