I need to order some parts OVERNIGHT, because we need them by the week end, and Chicago is out of stock.

So I go to place the order, and get a server error from Mazda's dealer website.

My overnight cutoff is 2PM. It's now 12:30AM.

So I call the hotline, to order the parts via Mazda's parts staff in CA, and they're in a meeting until 1:30PM. I get a recorded message stating so, then I get hung up on.

So I call back at the proposed time, get a recorded message that call volume is exceptionally high (well no shit, fix your server!), and to call back later. *click*

They hung up on me AGAIN! Nice. Now I get to have pissed off customers tomorrow.
