Lets do a fitness challenge!

This will be something relatively easy, no need for a gym membership or anything

so, start off,
20 push ups,
30 crunches
30 squats.

2 sets of that.

EACH DAY add one more. so, day 2 would be

21 push ups
31 crunches
31 squats

We keep this going for a month. so it would end on april 4th.

Here, I;'ll make it a bit easier for those who want:

start with 1/2, so

10 push ups
15 crunches
15 squats

and then add 1 every other day
