The issues that you're talking about actually were unrelated to the new release, it was a bit of unfortunate timing. It had to do with a connectivity issue in our data center. As for giving us feedback, we actually do take pay very close attention to what is said in all of the forums and anything that comes in through the help desk. But, we can definitely do a better job of closing the loop and following up with a more thorough explanation of what went wrong, or how we plan to use the feedback in future product releases.
