How Low Will it Go?

Welcome to How Low Will it Go? In this game we will try to predict the low point of a cars depreciation curve. Keep in mind we cannot predict inflation rates, therefore keep all predictions in 2015 dollars. Enjoy and good luck!

Italy. Home of the Roman empire, delicious food, and beautiful cars. Some cars are more beautiful that others. The Lamborghini Gallardo is an example of a truly stunning automobile. With a 5.0 520hp V10 engine this Gallardo has an average selling price right around $125k. But will deprecation destroy the Gallardo dynasty? Already some can be had for $74k. With over 10,000 built this is by far the most common Lamborghini ever made. Without the signature V12 is the car doomed to be the next Urraco? A forgotten blip in the Lamborghini lineup. Or since the car created such an impact on the supercar world will it be remembered as one of Lamborghini's greatest achievements? Let me know in the comments below what you think the Gallardo will one day be worth.

Hint: Carbon build up is a nasty disease in this V10. The cost to repair the carbon build up can be several thousand dollars. Will that effect the value or is the car so expensive a few thousand is a drop in the bucket?
