It is common knowledge that the market for aircooled Porsches is - behold, wordplay - more and more overheating. It is questionable, if stock Porsches will enjoy that kind of drive up in value for longer.

But even more questionable is how modyfied examples will do, especially the unconventional builds of Nakai-san, which are not exponetially popular among purist collectors.
