Now THIS is a proper rib. Beef rib from Lockhart in Plano, TX. I go there every time I travel to Dallas for work. Sure it might be taking time off of my lifespan but damn does everything taste great there.
Fork and Bean platter for scale. Wrapped up in butcher paper naturally. The BBQ sauce is basically unnecessary since the juiciness of the meat is overwhelming as is, but it’s nice to have anyways. The char and the fat were so delicious but are surely the deadliest part.
