Now, I don’t drive like a grandma, but when I am out and about driving for work (I do computer repair on the side in the summer and teach during the school year), I try not to drive like a hoonigan to save some gas. You know, more gentle acceleration, short-shifting, etc.

Recently achieved the goal of ‘most kilometers on one tank since I owned the car’ - 6.3L/100kms (37.3 US MPG) for a distance of 657.5km (408.5 miles) on one 45L (11.8 US gallon) tank !

The EPA estimates for my car are a range of 555kms and 8.1L/100km (average), so it’s nice to handily beat them! :)
