A friend of mine sent me a tweet about the previous professions of the many leaders of Europe
Now, where the eye meets, clearly the countries with engineers (Greece and Turkey most prominently) are kinda messed up, he said engineers shouldn’t be leaders, only lawyers should. Now, he triggered me.
Because I actually think he is kinda right, engineers don’t have a job when it comes to legislation or judiciary positions. But, what about the executive branch? Because governments do a lot of shit that generally has to do with other professions that offer stark contrast with law. But here in Mexico lawyers basically control the cabinet, I’m not sure this is good. I’d argue for more engineers and finance people. thoughts?
