I hate jerkoffs. Rant below.

So, I just bought a house. First, the seller was extremely angry that the appraisal came in $2k short and he had to drop the price to meet. So, we get in the property, and the guy took the fridge, a mini fridge from the downstairs bar, and speakers that were affixed to the house in the backyard. Our purchase agreement clearly states ALL APPLIANCES STAY, and specifically lists the refrigerators. My realtor calls his, and we were informed that he has no intention of returning the fridge or providing any form of compensation.

His realtor informed him that if this goes to small claims that he WILL loose. He is holding firm. So, there goes $1,500 I didn’t have budgeted, and now I get to waste my time dealing with small claims.
