I’ve gotten into a bad habit of eating right before bed. I’m up late working on side projects and will eat at like 10 or 11 at night. over the last week, I’ve had (on different nights) an english muffin w/ peanut butter, 12 chicken nuggets (that was last night after all the chicken parm posts), a bowl of spaghetti w/ tomato sauce, and a half dozen stuffed shells. At the same time though, I have been exercising after the kids go to bed. I’ll run for 15 minutes on a treadmill and then some sort of weight lifting for 15 minutes or so 4-5 times a week. Have some relevant vehicle images to keep it relevant.
