Heh! Also, you can see that gulf livery does indeed work everywhere, and make anything better. So I drive the truck 1880 miles home, without a hitch. Nothing. Ran smooth as silk. Park it in my driveway overnight, and BAM! Oil leak! I know where it is, and it’s not unexpected. Just the 20 year old oil cooler lines having a fit at being under high pressure for so long, and then let to be. They’re pretty easy to get out, especially with that level of ground clearance, and most people just take them to a hydraulic shop for Semis and get them rebuilt. No problem!
I do love that truck. Must start a build. Must get authorship on Overland!
