Ninety percent of the cars you see are the same ones over and over again, because those people live near you and are on the roads around the same times that you usually are. And you tend to notice cars that interest you and gloss over the ones that don't, so your impressions are wildly skewed and have almost no basis in reality. In other words, you have no fucking clue what's selling well and what isn't. Use valid data to draw your conclusions or DON'T FUCKING DRAW CONCLUSIONS, because odds are you have no idea.
